It's been difficult for me to get back to writing this week.  Our beautiful dog, Peanut, passed this week, and feeling as sad as I do, I could not seem to get back to my work. 


This morning, however, I've decided to get some serious work done.  The novel I'm currently
working on is titled "Look Behind You" and is the third in the 'Safe in his Arms' trilogy. 


Having had these few days 'off,' and having had time to think, I will be changing up the story somewhat.  Sometimes, taking a step back allows you to see the whole picture.  So although the novel is three-quarters written, I will be making numerous, significant changes that will impact the story right from the start.  It remains (for me, at least) easier to work on a draft than starting fresh, so I will not be completely scrapping what has already been written, just adding to it.


So back to the drawing board for me!  Wish me luck!
